Company Description:
The campaign promotes a monthly mastermind group to help motivate graphic designers to establish good professional habits. The goal is to facilitate the sharing of ideas among like minded creative people, empower them, and help make the most of their careers.

Project Requirements


Usage:
Poster Design – 11” x 17”, either vertical or horizontal orientation, your call.


Format:
Wordmark (Text or font based or Hand-Lettering)


Attributes:
The goal is to visually represent the attributes of ‘Hustle’:
Action & Hard Work (Taking care of business, forward motion, momentum)
Capture the message that Hustle is just as important than skill. It takes hard work to find success. Show what hard work looks like. Try to visually represent ‘Hustle’.


Tone & Style:
bold, simple, creative, friendly, clever.


Color Palette:
Use 2 colors: Black & Orange. Feel free to also use Grey.
Black: RGB: 0/0/0, Orange: RGB: 255/88/0

Target Audience


The demographics are graphic designers, both male and female. Mostly young, but the final design should resonate with any age group as people make career changes at any time in life.


14 Day Schedule
Suck Less in 2 weeks and accelerate your learning!

1st of the Month:
The new Design Brief is posted & announced to the tribe.

7th of the Month:
After 7 days of designing, send me your work – sketches, concepts, completed logos, whatever you have. Your submission will be Rated within 24 hrs., giving you a chance to improve your work before the 15th delivery date. (
see new
Rating System
).

15th of the Month:
This is it, delivery day. Remember, DONE & DELIVERED ON TIME is better than perfect. Once it’s complete and you’re pleased with the work, submit your masterpiece to the judges for final review.


This schedule mimics the relationship of a creative director to a designer, modeled after a real world experience.
The aggressive 14 day schedule provides timely feedback and will help you grow as a designer and help elevate the
final work.
Artwork in Progress is Due on the 7th!
Don’t forget, your artwork in progress is due on the 7th of every month. The judges will rate your work so you can improve it before final delivery of your masterpiece on the 15th.
